Marksans formulation plant at Goa India, comprising of a built-up area of 18,000 square feet. The Plant is built on a five year plan, infrastructure already built to accommodate future expansion. This plant has been built as per US FDA guidelines and has been approved by UK MHRA, Australian TGA and Brazilian ANVISA health authorities. The plant will be triggering to achieve US FDA approval by the end of this year.

Manufacturing is conducted at our purpose-built, UK MHRA licensed factory in Southport, where we manufacture non-sterile liquids, ointments and powder products. We manufacture oral liquids in batches up to 8000 litres and non-oral liquids up to 3000 litres, blended powders up to 800 kilograms and ointments up to 400 kilograms. We pack liquids into bottles from 5ml to 5 litres, and ointments and powders into containers from 5g to 5kg. We also fill powders into sachets from 5g to 20g.

We have a fully staffed development laboratory and have the capability to develop and improve formulations. Our Regulatory Department provides necessary in-house support in respect of regulatory affairs, licence variations and applications.
