Mr. Mark Saldanha is well versed with overall management of the company and possesses vast hands on experience in marketing, production and finance. His business acumen, entrepreneurial zeal, organizational skills and managerial abilities has enabled company to grow leaps and bounds.

Mr. V. Nagaraj is head of Domestic Marketing Department of the company. He is associated with the company right from the inception. Prior to joining Marksans Pharma Limited, he was associated with Park Davis for 20 years and with Sarabhai Chemicals for 2 years. He has the distinction of finalizing marketing joint ventures with international companies and was instrumental in bringing many first time molecules in India. He has a successful track record of launching new divisions. Under his leadership company has successfully launched Criticare, Cerebella and Mark Remedies divisions with bouquet of niche product catering to Critical Care, Neuro - psychiatric and G.P. segments. He is a Science Graduate with Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management.

Dr. Kim Tan is the founder Chairman of SpringHill Management Ltd, a private equity and VC fund management company. He is also a director on the board of directors of Active Capital Trust Plc, a LSE listed Investment Trust Company. Furthermore, Dr. Kim Tan is the founder Chairman of AsiaPrise Biotech Sdn Bhd which operates the NCI Cancer Hospitalin Malaysia, a subsidiary of TH Group Berhad. And is also on the board of number of listed and private biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the United Kingdom, United States of America, India and Malaysia. He is an advisor to a number of government agencies in Asia on the subject of biotechnology and chairs the Research Expert Working Group for the Asia Pacific Economic Community (APEC) Life Science Forum. He has also obtained a Ph.D in biochemistry and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Mr. Mahesh Parikh is gold medallist M.SC. in Mathematics and Statistics from M.S. University, Baroda. He has also done his diploma in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai. He has worked with Bank of India for a period of 15 years at senior Management level handling a variety of complex functions. He has also worked with Societe Generale Bank for a period of 9 years at a top management level, as Chief - Business set - up and Development and Marketing / Credit. Currently he is Chairman of M/S. M. B. Parikh Finstocks Limited.
